- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Information

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the order remains undelivered due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
